Policy Change Request

Contact our customer service department for any changes to your policies.

Most common requests and the information/documents needed to process them:

Add a car for liability only. Items needed:

  1. VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). This number consists of combination of 17 digits and letters.
  2. Written, signed and dated request faxed to us at 650-351-1114 or via email to the agent handling your request.

Add a car that includes Comprehensive/Collision coverages (many people know it as a “full coverage”). Items needed:

  1. VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). This number consists of combination of 17 digits and letters.
  2. Written, signed and dated request faxed to us at 650-351-1114 or via email to the agent handling your request.
  3. Either A) Pictures of the car from each side or B) Bill of sale (if car is being added same day it was purchased) or C) Proof that the vehicle is insured for “full coverage” with same or lower deductibles under your name with another insurance carrier (Proof as auto insurance Declaration Page). The purpose of it is that insurance company wants to be sure that before the vehicle is added to the policy it doesn’t have any damages and currently is in client’s possession.

Add a driver. Items needed:

  1. Driver’s full name, Date of Birth, Marital Status and Driver License #(if foreign license, need a copy of it).
  2. Written, signed and dated request faxed to us at 650-351-1114 or via email to the agent handling your request.

Remove a driver or a vehicle. Items needed:

  1. Written, signed and dated request faxed to us at 650-351-1114 or via email to the agent handling your request.
